Wonderful
The room and bathroom feels luxurious, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. I wished I could have stayed longer for another helping but had to dash off to my appointment.
Nothing not to love, just for the price. Although, I did request for a room facing the park, but did not get it.

My niece and I have stayed at the hotel for 8 years and hope to be back next year.
Love the location of the hotel - walking distance to Oxford Street, Regent Street and Bond Street. The staff are very helpful and courteous and we enjoyed the amenities in the Executive Lounge.
The housekeeping staff was not as efficient this year. I did not feel that our room was thoroughly cleaned. I noticed a few days when the rug was not vacuumed and the cleaning staff seemed to be out of our room in record time!!
